Want Roblox to use your favorite typeface instead of the default? This guide shows you how to get custom fonts in Roblox using ExoPanda's Mods tab — import any font and it shows up in every game you join.
This works through ExoPanda's bootstrapper, so make sure the app is installed first — the install guide covers it. The Mods tab can swap out files in Roblox's content folder before launch: cursors, sounds, avatar backgrounds, and — what we're here for — fonts. Learning how to get custom fonts in Roblox takes about four minutes start to finish.
Head to Google and search for the font you want — a clean recreation of the classic Roblox font, a Minecraft-style face, anything you like. Download it from a reputable source. Most fonts arrive as a zipped folder, so unzip it and look for the .ttf or .otf file inside — that single file is the font itself.
.ttf or .otf — never an .exe.
Open ExoPanda, go to the Bootstrapper, and open the Mods tab. Scroll down to Custom Font and click Import. Browse to wherever you unzipped the font, open the folder, and select the .ttf or .otf file. Note that this applies one font at a time — the most recently imported font is the one Roblox will use.
Flip the Custom Font slider on, and make sure the Enable Mods switch at the top of the tab is also on — mods won't apply otherwise. Then scroll down and click Save.
Fully close and reopen Roblox so the new files load. That's the whole of how to get custom fonts in Roblox — your custom font now shows up across the UI and in every game you join. To switch fonts later, just import a different file and save again.
The Mods tab does more than fonts. While you're in there, you can also change your in-game pointer — see how to get a custom cursor in Roblox. And if loading custom files ever makes things feel heavier, our guide on how to reduce lag in Roblox will keep performance smooth.
